Due to our intentional fulfillment process, we are unable to cancel orders once they have been placed. As we move quickly to prepare your pieces for dispatch or begin the handcrafting process, we thank you for your mindfulness when finalizing your selection.

Returns & Exchanges

​

If you find that your piece does not align with your needs, we offer exchanges for store credit within 5 days of delivery.

The Exchange Process:

• Contact us at support@templeofaphrodite.com with your order number and the items you wish to exchange.

​

• Once we receive and quality-check the jewelry, we will issue a store credit for the value of the item.

​

• Please note that this policy excludes sale items, which are considered final sale.

Return Requirements: To ensure a graceful transition, please adhere to the following:

​

• Condition: Pieces must be in their original, unworn condition.

​

• Shipping: Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and must be sent via tracked shipping. * Security: Please retain a copy of your tracking number. We cannot offer store credit or replacements for shipments that are lost in transit.

• Non-Refundable Fees: Original shipping charges and any applicable duties are non-refundable.

​

Refund Policy At this time, we do not provide refunds. We appreciate your understanding of our small-batch, artisanal model.

​Our 3-Month Craftsmanship Guarantee

We stand firmly behind the quality and artistry of every piece we create. To ensure your confidence, we offer a 3-month warranty from the date of purchase, covering confirmed manufacturing defects.

​

Each talisman is hand crafted and undergoes a rigorous quality check. In the rare event that a fault in materials or workmanship is identified under normal wear, we will gladly assess the item for you. Please note that an item cannot be deemed faulty without a physical assessment.

​

Exclusions to the Guarantee To maintain the integrity of our brand, please note that this warranty does not cover the natural evolution of jewelry. Jewelry is an intimate possession that changes as it moves through the world with you; therefore, wear and tear during normal use is not considered a fault.

​

The following are excluded from our warranty:

​

• Chain & Structural Damage: This includes chain breakage, as well as pieces becoming misshapen or bent due to pressure, impact, or improper storage.

​

• Surface Evolution: General wear such as scratches, marks, or the natural patina and aging of precious metals.

​

• Plated Finish: The natural tarnishing and fading of gold-plated jewelry over time is a result of wear and environmental exposure and is not considered a defect.

​

• Environmental Exposure: Damage resulting from contact with water, sweat, chemicals, perfumes, or lotions.

​

• Loss & Mishandling: Temple of Aphrodite is not responsible for the loss of jewelry or damage resulting from accidental breakage or misuse.

​

• Artisanal Variation: We celebrate the unique character of handcrafted work. Tiny variations between pieces are a mark of authenticity and are not considered defects.

Made-to-Order Policy​​

Because our work is an intentional creative process, each made-to-order piece is prioritized immediately upon purchase. We begin sourcing materials and handcrafting your specific design as soon as the order is placed; therefore, made-to-order items cannot be cancelled.

Shipping & Fulfillment

Temple of Aphrodite is a solo artisanal practice. Every order is handled, packaged, and dispatched by me personally, ensuring that your talisman reaches you with the same intention with which it was created.

​

Ready-to-Ship Adornments Pieces from our specific collections are often one-of-a-kind and ready to depart the Temple. These are prepared and shipped within 5 business days of purchase. I treat the packaging process as a ritual in itself, ensuring your piece is secure and beautifully presented.

Made-to-Order Creations When you purchase a Made-to-Order design, I am handcrafting a piece specifically for you.

​

• Standard Timeline: Most bespoke orders are completed and shipped within 14–21 business days.

​

• Peak Seasons: During times of higher volume, please allow 28–35 business days for your piece to be birthed.

​

• Note: Business days exclude weekends and holidays.

​

Timeline Inquiries If you are honoring a fast-approaching event or need an order by a specific date, please reach out immediately after purchase. While our process is deliberate, I am often able to accommodate urgent requests when discussed in advance.

Shipping & Delivery Once your order is entrusted to the postal service, you will receive a tracking number via email.

• Transit Times: Please understand that once a package leaves my studio, I have no control over the speed of delivery or carrier delays.

• Loss & Damage: While I am not responsible for orders lost or damaged during the shipping process, please reach out if you experience an issue so we can explore a resolution together.​
